Error

Adding a layer field to a layer in ArcGIS for Developers and selecting the field to be required is not reflected after creation.

The required field has been removed when adding a new field for now. It's currently not possible to add a new required field since it will also be adding zero values in that column to each row. Since the field is required, we cannot allow empty fields. Further development will be added to the queue so that when adding a new field that's required the user will also be able to add in a default value as well. This issue is closed for now.
