Error
Activating an ArcGIS Online Organizational account while signed in to an Esri site with a Public account automatically uses the credentials of the Public account to activate the Organizational account.

Solución alternativa
1. To mitigate this issue, convert the Organizational account to a trial account and set the value to Expired, which upon login informs the user that the subscription has expired. 2. After clicking OK to accept the subscription status, ‘Purchase’ is now available in the My Organization tab. 3. Select Purchase and select ‘Convert to a public account(s)’. Click Next and click Convert in the pop-up window. 4. Work with a Customer Service representative to have a new organizational account created.Pasos para reproducir
