Accessibility issue with keyboard navigation - specifically when the Splash Screen has an extra button and no confirmation.

This issue is not reproducible in the upcoming version of ArcGIS Online. If the issue occurs after the November 2024 release of ArcGIS Online, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Solución alternativa
For now, the workaround is to toggle On the Interaction button for the window. When this check box is on and visible on the splash screen, only what is seen on the splash screen is selected.
However, this is an issue for users that do not want to have that interaction bar on the bottom of their splash screen.
