Error
Able to submit the survey form configured in ArcGIS Online Survey 123 Connect without answering the required file question within a repeat if the 'Minimal' appearance is set in the repeat question.

This behavior is currently functioning as designed, as the 'Minimal' appearance on a repeat question causes the repeated record to not be created until the Add button is selected, thus the required questions do not exist until the Add button is selected. All other appearances will automatically create a repeated record, where the required questions are respected with other appearances.
