By default, ArcGIS Pro uses paging when sending requests to the server. In this case, the page size requested (count=100) takes a long time to load all of the features for a large dataset as it must send many, many requests to the server. To make these requests more efficient, manually increase the page size that is being used, and this decreases the number of requests sent to the server. Set the page size as large as desired, so long as the server response time does not hit a timeout.

Solución alternativa

Manually adjust the size (count=) of the paging request sent to the server from ArcGIS Pro. To do this, set the PAGESIZE custom request parameter to a larger value, for example 10000 or 50000. To set the PAGESIZE, create a new WFS server connection or edit an existing one (right-click > Properties). Expand the Custom request parameters section and add a new row where PAGESIZE is the keyword and Value is something like 10000 or 50000. Click OK and proceed to add the layer to the map.
