The article mentioned in the issue did not attempt to include all indexes that are created. ArcGIS Pro has been fixed compared to ArcMap.Solución alternativa
As a workaround for feature classes where the GlobalID was added from ArcGIS Desktop 10.6.1 and earlier, drop and recreate the index from SQL.
