Ran against 10.5 and it worked. If memory serves this was addressed in or around the 10.2 time frame.

Solución alternativa

Workaround 1: In ArcGIS for Desktop 10.0, use a concurrent use license for ArcGIS. Workaround 2: Schedule task to ‘run with highest privileges’. This may require increased user privileges, which may not be acceptable in some organizations. Workaround 4: If the above workarounds fail, schedule the task to only run when logged on.
