A newly added multipoint feature with the Dictionary Renderer function enabled and symbolized with a style file would reset to (0,0) when the map view goes from 2D to 3D to 2D again.

Solución alternativa

For a multipoint, select No to disable the Dictionary Renderer function. For another app, do not use the Dictionary Renderer.

To keep the Dictionary Renderer, use a point instead.
