A message, "No features found that meet search criteria" is returned when searching a valid address in the Zone Lookup app.

This is expected behavior in Zone Lookup. Point features can only be returned in the results list if the 'Limit locations returned by polygon' config parameter is enabled (on the Interactivity > Results tab). In this case, polygon features are used to return all point features within the boundary of the searched or clicked polygon.
