Error

A map service published with a join using a file geodatabase does not respond as expected in ArcGIS Online. A pop-up menu returns (1-1000) when a feature class is selected.

This issue occurs when using ArcMap 10.1 and ArcGIS Server 10.1. Since these versions of the software are no longer supported, the bug will not be addressed. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists in the supported versions of the software.

Solución alternativa

  • Migrate data to an ArcSDE.
  • Export a feature class with a join as a new feature class.
