This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4. Saving edits with branch versioned data was optimized and included in patches for ArcGIS Enterprise. This change exposed an issue when posting a version to Default, specifically in scenarios where a feature was edited multiple times, and the version was saved before posting.Solución alternativa
After resolving any reported conflicts, save the edits and reconcile again before posting the edits to the default version.
