Share an ArcGIS StoryMaps story with groups

Summary

ArcGIS StoryMaps allows the sharing of maps in a narrative context with the incorporation of multimedia content. A story created in ArcGIS StoryMaps can be shared with groups for access to the story. This article provides the workflows to share a story with groups.

Procedure

Note:
All maps, scenes, and layers included in the story must be shared with the same groups in ArcGIS Online. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Share items with a group for more information. 

Share a story from the ArcGIS StoryMaps story builder

1. Open the project in ArcGIS StoryMaps.

2. Click More actions > Edit story.

3. Click the Publish drop-down, search for and select the groups under the Group sharing section.

Note:
The sharing level for the story must be either My organization or Everyone (Public) to be shared with groups.

4. Click Publish to save the changes.
