Support for Windows 32-bit in the ArcGIS Survey123 Connect and Field App

With each ArcGIS Survey123 release, Esri assesses the platforms we support and adjust these based on customer requirements and technology improvements.

Windows 32-bit
As previously announced in May 2021, ArcGIS Survey123 support for Windows 32-bit operating systems is coming to an end. The ArcGIS Survey123 May 2022 update is the last release with support for Windows 32-bit. ArcGIS Survey123 version 3.15, to be released in June 2022, no longer supports Windows 32-bit operating systems.

iOS 13 and Android 6 and 7
ArcGIS Survey123 will drop support for iOS 13 and Android 6 and 7 operating systems in 2023. The exact date will coincide with the adoption of ArcGIS Runtime 200 by ArcGIS Survey123.

Recommendation

Systems that already have ArcGIS Survey123 installed will continue to work. However, it is recommended that customers use this early notice to plan upgrades of their systems as appropriate.
