Problem: The Add Graphics button is not available on the Full Motion Video toolbar in ArcGIS Pro
Description
The Add Graphics button is used to add points to the video player display or on the map in ArcGIS Pro. The Add Graphics button is not available on the Full Motion Video toolbar after upgrading to ArcGIS Pro version 2.9.
Cause
This is by design. The Add Graphics button has been replaced with the Display Annotations button in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.
Solution or Workaround
Note: This workflow requires the ArcGIS Image Analyst license. Refer to ArcGIS Pro: Image Analyst toolbox licensing for more information.
Use the Display Annotations button
In ArcGIS Pro, use the Display Annotations button instead of the Add Graphics button to add points, polylines, and polygons to the video player display or on the map.
Note: If the button is not displayed on the toolbar, navigate to ArcGIS Pro and click Project > Options > Full Motion Video > Customize the QuickLaunch Toolbar > Create & Display Annotations > Add > OK.
