Create Address Locator Tool with Pro Deprecation

Description

Esri announced the deprecation of the Create Address Locator tool with the ArcGIS Pro 2.6 release. ArcGIS Pro 2.9 will be the last release that will support the Create Address Locator geoprocessing tool. ArcGIS Pro 2.9 will also be the last release of Pro where locators created with the Create Address Locator geoprocessing tool are supported locally in Pro. Locators published to versions of ArcGIS Enterprise that support these locators will continue to work.

Recommendation

At the next ArcGIS Pro release, models and scripts that use the Create Address Locator tool will need to be updated to use the Create Locator geoprocessing tool.
