Description
Support for macOS in the ArcGIS Survey123 Connect and field app components ends on September 16, 2021, with the release of ArcGIS Survey123 version 3.13. macOS is the primary operating system for Apple’s desktop, laptop, and home computers. Support for the iOS operating system, used in mobile devices such as iPhones and iPad, remain unchanged.
Recommendation
Mac users affected by the end of support of the Survey123 Connect and the field app on macOS can leverage the different options available in the market to run the Windows operating system in Mac computers. Alternatively, Survey123 forms can be completed through a web browser on Mac computers. 3.13 versions of Survey123 Connect and the field app will continue to work in macOS operating system. Technical and software support for version 3.13 and earlier of Survey123 will be provided as detailed in the ArcGIS Survey123 Product Life Cycle document.
