Modify the arrowhead size of an arrow line symbol in ArcGIS Pro

In ArcGIS Pro, the arrowhead of an arrow line symbol is a shape marker symbol layer that defines the shape and appearance of the symbol. This article provides the workflow to modify the size of the arrowhead of an arrow line symbol.

Procedure

  1. In ArcGIS Pro, in the Contents pane, click the arrow line symbol to open the Symbology pane.

  1. In the Symbology pane, under Format Line Symbol, click the Properties tab.
  2. On the Properties tab, click LayersThe stacked layer icon..
  3. On the Layers tab, click the arrowhead shape marker symbol layer to modify the arrow.
In the Symbology pane, access the arrowhead shape marker symbol layer by clicking the Properties tab, the Layers tab, and select the arrow symbol layer.
  1. Expand the Appearance section.
  2. For Size, select the preferred size value.
  3. Click Apply.
The modified arrowhead,  which is done by expanding the Appearance section and selecting the desired size value.
