Problem: Some choices from external selects are not displayed in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS

Description

In some instances, when using external selects in a survey form, some choices are not displayed in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS or when the survey is published to ArcGIS Online.

Cause

If there are commas in the choice list (label field) of the external selects worksheet, the choices are not displayed in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS or when the survey is published to ArcGIS Online. This is because all the values from the external selects worksheet are saved in a file called itemsets.csv in the media folder of the survey project, where it translates the values to a comma-separated list. Solution or Workaround

To ensure all choices are displayed in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS, remove the commas from the label field in the external selects worksheet. Then, click Save to save the survey form.
