The Convert button is missing for ArcGIS Pro extensions when converting Named User licenses

Description

When converting Named User licenses to Concurrent Use licenses or Single Use licenses in MyEsri, the option to convert extensions is missing.

Cause

The core product licenses of the extensions are not converted. Extensions must only be converted after the core product licenses are converted. For example, before converting ArcGIS Pro extension licenses such as the ArcGIS 3D Analyst extension, convert the licenses for ArcGIS Pro first.

Solution or Workaround

Convert the core product licenses of the Named User licenses, as described in ArcGIS Pro: Convert Named User licenses to Single Use or ArcGIS Pro: Convert Named User licenses to Concurrent Use .

Once the authorization numbers are generated, the convert option for the extensions becomes available.
