How do I download Navigator for ArcGIS without access to Google Play?

If you don’t have access to Google Play and it is necessary to download the latest version of Navigator for ArcGIS to an Android device, Esri provides a setup that can be downloaded and installed on the device.

While downloading Navigator for ArcGIS from Google Play is the recommended method, it is also possible to download Navigator from Esri to a workstation and sideload it onto the mobile device.
