How do I download Explorer for ArcGIS without access to Google Play?

If you don’t have access to Google Play and need to download the latest version of Explorer for ArcGIS to an Android device, Esri provides a setup that can be downloaded to a workstation and installed on the mobile device.
 

While downloading Explorer for ArcGIS from Google Play is the recommended method, it is also possible to download Explorer from Esri to  a workstation and sideload it onto the device.

1. While signed in with an ArcGIS account, download the setup.
2. Run the .exe file, extracting the contents to your machine.
3. Use the extracted files and your organization’s deployment system to deploy to your devices.
