An issue exists within Business Analyst that currently limits availability of some CEX and MPI variables

Solution or Workaround

There is a problem in that the file titled ‘US_ThematicFields.xml’ currently limits the availability of some CEX and MPI variables. This can be fixed by downloading the updated file and overwriting the existing one. The updated file can be accessed via the following link: US_ThematicFields.zip

Once downloaded, unzip the file and save the file US_ThematicFields.xml to:

C:\ArcGIS\Business Analyst\US_2016\Data\Demographic Data

Doing so overwrites the incomplete file and allows use of all available CEX and MPI variables within Business Analyst.
