Error: 7343: Entitlement line item has expired
Authorizing ArcGIS software returns the following error:
"7343: Entitlement line item has expired on <date>. [Incident #]"
This error occurs when the ArcGIS software is authorized with an expired license key. This is usually experienced with evaluation licenses.
Solution or Workaround
Authorize the ArcGIS software with a new license key that can be obtained from My Esri.
