How To: Change the email address of an ArcGIS Online organizational account
It is possible to change the existing email address associated with an ArcGIS Online organizational account when the need arises.
Follow the instructions provided to change the email address:
Note: Administrator privileges are required to change the email address of an ArcGIS Online organizational account. For more information, refer to ArcGIS Online Help: Modify profile.
- Log in to ArcGIS Online with the username and password for the organizational account.
- On the top-right corner of the web page, click the user profile drop-down arrow and click My Profile.
- Click Edit My Profile and enter the new email address in the New Email text box. Enter the same email address in the Confirm Email text box.
- Click Save. The new email address is now associated with the organizational account.
