Sharing is not supported when publishing a locator to ArcGIS Server

Description

An error may be displayed if publishing a locator using ArcGIS for Desktop and sharing the service from the Sharing tab on the Service Editor. Publishing may fail with the error message "Failed to publish service".

Cause

The Sharing tab should not be available when publishing a locator since this function is not supported.
