Subtypes with a defined short integer field revert back to the default value

Description

Features collected under a subtype with a defined short integer revert back to the default subtype after synchronizing data with the server.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Workaround



Re-create the feature class and use the long integer field type instead of the short integer to define the subtype.
