Where are the ArcLogistics Online log files located?

Answer

The location of the log files is dependent on the operating system.

• Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ArcLogistics\Logs

• Windows Vista or Windows 7:
C:\ProgramData\ArcLogistics\Logs

Note:
This directory may be hidden by default. Copying and pasting the path directly into the address bar and pressing Enter allows access to this location.
