HOW TO

Use Survey Analyst, Tapestry, PLTS MPS Atlas, and PLTS Mapping Agency in ArcGIS Desktop Concurrent Use 9.3.1 with an ArcGIS License Manager 10

Last Published: April 25, 2020

Summary

At ArcGIS 10, Esri integrated the use of the following extensions without the need for a license:

· Survey Analyst
· Tapestry
· PLTS MPS Atlas
· PLTS Mapping agency

If using concurrent use licenses and the license manager has been upgraded to the ArcGIS 10 version but ArcGIS Desktop 9.3.1 is still being used, it is necessary to authorize v9.0 licenses for the extensions listed above on the new License Manager to support the older ArcGIS Desktop 9.3.1 client machines.

Procedure

Contact Esri Customer Service to obtain the appropriate licenses if the 9.x version of the above licenses does not exist.

Users in the U.S., please contact an Esri Customer Service representative to request licenses: service@esri.com.

For users outside the U.S., please contact the local distributor: www.esri.com/about-esri/contact.html.
