Saved ArcGIS 10 authorization files received by way of a Microsoft Exchange Server might be blank.
The problem arises because the Exchange Server might strip out the XML data contained in the attachment while saving the file as a security measure.
If a *.respc or *.resps file has been received from Esri Customer Service by way of email and it is not possible to save the file correctly by way of MS Outlook or MS Outook Web Access, forward it to a Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail account and download it.
