FAQ: Now That BusinessMAP 5.0 is Retired, Am I Still Able to Get Any Updates to the Progra

Answer

Since BusinessMAP 5.0 is retired, there will not be any updates to the software including patches or fixes. It is possible, however, to order updated demographic data (in shapefile format) to use for analysis (color coding) and territory design. These data updates will not affect the geocoding (adding databases to the map) or routing. For more information, see http://www.esri.com/data/esri_data/index.html.
