The change version dialog box does not pop up when running post installation

Description

The change version dialog box never appears and there are no errors thrown when running post installation on Windows 2000.
This only happens with SQL Express and project instances on Oracle or non-SDE.Default version.

Workaround

1. Open command prompt from Start > Run. Type CMD and hit OK.
2. Change the directory to the JTX Bin directory. For example: CD C:\Program Files\JTX\Bin.
3. Enter the following command: JTXPostInstallation.exe /version:<yourdatabase.Version>
   
   For example, when trying to set it to the DBO.DEFAULT, enter /version:DBO.DEFAULT.
