Bug: JTXWeb Displays org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Cannot Get Value for Expression '#

Description

JTXWeb displays the following error message when trying to connect:
An error occurred while processing your request.
Your session has been terminated.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Root cause:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Cannot get value for expression
'#{dbVersionBean.versionList}'

Cause

This is a known issue with JTXWeb that results when there is no data workspace configured, or when all data workspaces configured are invalid or unavailable.

Workaround

Add a data workspace if none exists or test the connections of the existing data workspaces.

a) Launch JTX Configuration Manager.

b) Click the Data Workspace tab.

c) Click the Add button.

Once a valid data workspace exists, restart the ArcGIS Server Object Manager (SOM) service, and restart the browser.

a) Open the Services console from Control Panel > Administrative Tools.

b) Right-click the ArcGIS Server Object Manager service and click 'Restart'.

c) Close the Services window.
