The link tabs do not display on the Esri Resource Center web page

Description

When viewing the ESRI Resource Center Web pages, the links across the top bar on the page do not display.

Cause

The security settings of the browser do not allow the JavaScript on the Web page to display.

Solution or Workaround

1. Click Tools and select Internet Options to open the Internet Options dialog box.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click the Custom level button.
4. Scroll down to the Scripting section, and under Active scripting, click the Enable radio button.
   Alternatively, click the Prompt radio button.
5. Close the dialog boxes and refresh the page.
