Problem: GlobeXplorer images do not display


GlobeXplorer images do not georeference correctly and therefore, do not display in the map.


Downloading images in ArcGIS Business Analyst 9.2 prior to installing ArcGIS Business Analyst 9.3 causes this problem.

Solution or Workaround

Delete the contents of existing gximages folder.

For Vista Users:
From Windows Explorer path out to ?:\Users\...your user id...\AppData\Local\GlobeXplorer\ImageConnectForArcMap\gximages.

For XP Users:
From Windows Explorer path out to ?:\Documents and Settings\..your user id�\Local Settings\Application Data\GlobeXplorer\ImageConnectForArcMap\gximages.
