Error: Business Analyst shows up as not installed after exiting Desktop Administrator
Clicking the Finish button after Business Analyst has been successfully registered by way of Desktop Administrator may result in the following error:
"The following registered and authorized extensions are not installed on your computer:
To install these extensions, use Add/Remove for ArcGIS Desktop. See the Install Guide for more information on adding extensions."
This error message is a known bug.
Solution or Workaround
This error does not affect usability. Business Analyst is successfully installed and a reinstall is not necessary.
- Verify that the data in ArcGIS Business Analyst is licensed
- Verify that Business Analyst is installed properly
