Java Help System displays a debug error while viewing the Javadoc in select Web browsers

Description

The Java Help System (JHS) detects and displays script debug messages when viewing a Javadoc in select Web browsers when, certain links are clicked.

This problem has been reproduced on Internet Explorer and Firefox, but may occur in other Web browsers.

Cause

This is an Eclipse Help System issue.

The error manifests itself in the Javadoc index.html files that contain references to a JavaScript function called loadFrames.
