Error: Business Analyst installation: Cannot connect to the service

Error Message

During the Business Analyst Web Application Post Installation, the following error message is displayed:

"Cannot connect to the service."


This error occurs when the 'ArcGISWebServices' account is used, but the 'ArcGISWebServices' account does not have administrative privileges.

Solution or Workaround

Use the operating system tools to grant administrative privileges to the 'ArcGISWebServices' account.
