ArcGIS Explorer is prompting for username and password
Error Message

Cause
A Web filtering service is not allowing services.arcgisonline.com/v92 to pass through the firewall.
Solution or Workaround
A new firewall rule should be put into place that allows services.arcgisonline.com/v92 to bypass the Web filter. It is also possible to use the following solution built into Internet Explorer.- First, start up Internet Explorer and open the Internet Options dialog box.

- Select the Security tab, click the Internet zone, and scroll down to the section on User Authentication. To correct the problem, change the setting from Anonymous logon to the default setting of Automatic logon only in Intranet zone.
