Does an ArcGIS Server Globe Service support animation?

Answer

At the ArcGIS 9.2 release of ArcGIS Server, animation is only supported when the client application consuming the globe service is ArcGlobe.
Note:
ArcGIS Explorer and ArcReader do not support animation from a globe service.
