Error Message

The following error message displays when starting ArcMap 9.2:

"Exception abnormal program, geoguilib: the thread tried to read or write from a drive that does not have access."

Cause

The GeoSoft plug-in for ArcGIS 9.1 is installed.

Solution or Workaround

Uninstall the GeoSoft plug-in.
