Problem: Dragging and dropping a locator from one geodatabase to another moves the locator rather than copying it
When dragging and dropping a locator from one geodatabase to another geodatabase, the locator gets deleted from the first geodatabase and moved to the second geodatabase rather than copied and pasted.
This is a known issue.
Solution or Workaround
Copy and paste the locator rather than drag and drop it.
- Right-click the locator to copy and click Copy.
- Right-click the geodatabase and click Paste.
