Problem: Columns are missing from ArcLogistics Route's List View window
When viewing Locations, Vehicles, Orders Inbox, or Routing Folders, one or more columns are missing from ArcLogistics Route's List View window.
This is a known issue.
Solution or Workaround
Make edits to the registry keys for ArcLogistics Route.

ESRI cannot guarantee results from incorrect modifications while following these instructions. Therefore, use caution and proceed at your own risk.
- From the Start button, select Run, type 'regedit' (no single quotes) to open the Registry Editor window.
- Navigate to following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > ESRI > ArcLogistics Route > WindowSettings > DataView > Columns folder.
- Right-click on Columns folder; select Delete.
Click YES when prompted to confirm delete.
- Close the Registry Editor window.
Restart ArcLogistics Route. The missing column names (field names) are returned to the default state.
