Can personal geodatabase data be used in ArcIMS?

Answer

Data from a personal geodatabase can only be published as an ArcIMS ArcMap image service as layers in an MXD document.

Data cannot be added from a personal geodatabase to an .AXL file and published it via ArcIMS.
