FAQ: Why is the Hyperlink Not Working in Internet Explorer?

Answer

Clicking on the hyperlink layer returns no output or error message.

Check the 'Pop-up Blocker' option in Internet Explorer - it is required to be turned off:

1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. In the Pop-up Blocker area, select the checkbox to turn on the Pop-up Blocker, or clear the checkbox to turn off the pop-up blocking.
5. Click Apply, and then click OK.

The hyperlink is enabled in another Pop-up window so this functionality must be enabled in the browser.
