ERROR
You are already a member of a different group. You can only be a member of one group at a time
Error Message
While trying to join a group, the following error message appears:
"You are already a member of a different group. You can only be a member of one group at a time."
Cause
The user is attempting to join the group already has ArcWeb Services credits, including evaluation credits.
Solution or Workaround
To join a group, a completely fresh ESRI Global Account, that has never had any ArcWeb Services credits, must be used. To join a group, create a new ESRI Global Account.Article ID:000008493
