What should be done if problems are experienced with ServletExec?

Answer

After the installation of the servlet the engine ServletExec from New Atlanta the following problems may occur: errors are displayed when the WWW Publishing Service fails to start, errors are displayed upon shutdown of the server, or ServletExec fails to run.

Rule out any known issues with ServletExec for that specific version on the according platform by downloading the latest Hotfix available for ServletExec from the New Atlanta website. Go to Products page and click in ServletExec.
Find the Hotfixes for each version by clicking on the image of flames on the right of that page.

Contact New Atlanta directly for free installation support via the Atlanta website for ESRI customers or send an email to esri-support@newatlanta.com with details on the problem.
