Error: Your ArcWeb administrator needs to approve your access before you can use ArcWeb Services
When trying to log in with an ESRI Global account to join an ArcWeb Services Group, the following error message is displayed:
"Activate Access Code
Your ArcWeb administrator needs to approve your access before you can use ArcWeb Services."
This message indicates that the ArcWeb Services group administrator, who initiated the invitation, must manually approve group member status before anyone can log in to the ArcWeb site.
Solution or Workaround
When clicking on the link in the ArcWeb Services Group Account Alert email and entering login information, the administrator receives an email of the pending user's status, prompting them to enable access.
This occurs on the Manage Users page in the My Account section of the ArcWeb site.
