Exporting a large map layout at high resolution to TIFF, PNG, GIF, or JPEG causes a temporary file to be written to the TEMP directory

Exporting a large map layout at high resolution to TIFF, PNG, GIF, or JPEG causes a temporary file to be written to the TEMP directory. When the target export format is one of the above raster formats, the .tmp file fails to get deleted when the export is finished.

Cause

This is a known issue.
