Some ArcView 8.x conversion tools are not working properly

Description

** This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1) **

The following ArcView 8.x conversion tools are not working properly:
· Geodatabase to Shapefile
· Geodatabase to Table
· Create INFO table

Cause

This is a known issue.
