Create custom route barriers
Summary
A barrier is a point through which the route does not pass. The route will instead go around these points. Create custom route barriers by providing points.
Procedure
Create traffic barriers by populating the SOAP parameter RouteOptions.routeBarriers[] with points.To use custom barriers, leave RouteFinderOptions:avoidTraffic=false and RouteFinderOptions:trafficDataSource=null.
